What exactly is a Mystery Scoop?

A Mystery Scoop is the ultimate surprise haul! We act as your personal "rare-finder," curating a mix of at least 10 unique, cute items in every scoop. Your scoop might include plush toys, trendy stationery, hair accessories, squishies, lifestyle gadgets, and more. It’s perfect for collectors or anyone who loves a good surprise!
Can I choose what goes into my scoop?

While you cannot select specific items (that would spoil the mystery!), we love making dreams come true. You can use the "Make a Wish" section at checkout to leave a note about your preferences (e.g., "I love pink" or "I don't want any hair accessories"). We will try our absolute best to accommodate your wish based on our current stock!
How does the "Packing Video" option work?

You can select the "Include Packing Video" option when choosing your number of scoops. Note: Packing videos are only for Mystery Scoops.

  • What you get: You will receive a cute, collectible USB drive containing both the original raw video of your order being packed and a fun edited version.
  • Social Media: The edited video may be posted on our social channels! (Don't worry, we protect your privacy—only your first name and wishes will be shown).
  • Dispatch Time: Please allow 2-3 extra working days for your order to be dispatched to allow time for video editing.
  • In a Rush? If you want your order faster, please leave a note in the instruction box at checkout. We will skip the editing process and ship your order immediately with just the original raw video on the USB.
What are Blind Boxes?

Blind Boxes are sealed collectibles where you don't know which specific character or design you are getting until you open it. They are separate from our Scoops and are perfect for collectors looking for specific series or themes.
Will I get duplicate items?

For Mystery Scoops: We guarantee no repeat items within a single order, no matter how many scoops you purchase! We curate from thousands of product variants to ensure every scoop is fresh and unique.
For Blind Boxes: We cannot guarantee no repeats on Blind Box items, as each box is sealed. We, like you, won't know what's inside until the box is opened!
How often do you restock?

We are constantly hunting for new, rare, and cute items! Our inventory changes frequently to keep the mystery exciting, so if you see something you love on our social media, grab a scoop before it’s gone!
When will I get my order?

We know you can't wait to unbox your surprise! We promise to dispatch your order within 24 hours on weekdays. Once dispatched, we offer fast nationwide delivery all across South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you will receive tracking details the moment your box of happiness leaves us!
How much does delivery cost?

Mystery Scoops: Delivery is 100% FREE for all Mystery Scoop orders, no matter the size!

Blind Boxes & Storage: We offer FREE delivery for all Blind Boxes and Storage Containers on orders of R650 or more.

Note: For Blind Box or Storage orders under R650, a flat-rate shipping fee of R99 will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my items if I don't like them?

Due to the unique nature of Mystery Scoops and Blind Boxes, returns and exchanges are not possible. Part of the fun is the thrill of the unknown! However, we want you to be happy with your order—if any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will happily assist you.
